艾爾頓·強（Elton John，1947年3月25日--），爵士，英國著名的流行樂手、作曲家和鋼琴家，是流行音樂史上其中之一個最成功的獨唱歌手。盡管他在1997年為紀念黛安娜王妃而錄製的單曲風中的燭炬（Candle In The Wind）最為人所熟悉，但他的歌聲已經響徹了樂壇近四個年代。作爲一個同性戀藝人，他浮誇的衣著和舞臺演出、糾纏不清的私生活和他在音樂方面的天分，使他成為一個音樂史上的傳奇。

在1970年代，艾爾頓是搖滾樂世界的最主要的商業力量，他的唱片在美國唱片榜上連續七次登上第一位就是其佐證。他以鋼琴為基礎的音樂，使鋼琴在吉他主導的時代得以立足。他也致力對抗愛滋病，併成立了「艾爾頓‧約翰愛滋病基金」。

这首是他早期的经典之一，但因为不太喜欢这歌的风格所以了解不多不太方便发表评论
